Planting a New Church Cell leaders who have successfully multiplied their cell multiple times are encouraged to consider the possible call of God upon their life to plant a church in a new location. We believe that being a cell leader is excellent training for new pastors. For those who wish to take these steps, we have a 13 week "Timothy" school for equipping preaching skills and a mentoring process for church planters. These are made available only to those who receive the approval of the senior pastor. |
