Step 2:
Pre-Encounter Class
The Pre
Encounter class serves to lay the most basic
foundations. The class lasts six weeks and happens
at the church during the Sunday School Hour.
It is also designed to create expectancy and
faith for the Encounter Retreat.
Week 1 Laying a Good Foundation; (Salvation, What has happened to me?) Week 2 Water Baptism; (What it is and why it’s important to a believer.) Week 3 Relationship With God; (God wants a relationship and communion with you.) Week 4 Baptism in the Holy Spirit; (What is it and why a believer needs it.) Week 5 Power of the Scriptures; (What is the Bible, why should we study.) Week 6 Encountering God; (How do we prepare for the Encounter Retreat, and what to expect.) |
